Stefano Cantino has been appointed CEO of Gucci, effective January 1, 2025, succeeding Jean-François Palus. Cantino, who joined Gucci in May 2024 as Deputy CEO, brings extensive experience from his leadership roles at Louis Vuitton and Prada.

Francesca Bellettini, Kering’s Deputy CEO in charge of Brand Development, expressed confidence in Cantino’s ability to guide Gucci into its next era, building on the foundation Palus established.

François-Henri Pinault, Kering's Chairman and CEO, praised Palus for his leadership during a pivotal transition, setting the stage for Gucci’s renewed growth under Cantino's stewardship.
