Visitors can explore multitude of attraction in Kenya: wildlife, scenery, bird life, lakes and mountains. Tourists get excited to see the “Big Five”animals (lion, leopard, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes), learn about Kenya’s history and culture at the Nairobi National Museum and feed Giraffes in the Giraffe Center. Official languages are English and Kiswahili. Most suited times to visit are October to January for snorkeling and diving and January/February for wildlife viewing. The most popular form of public transport is Matatu which collects as many passengers as possible along the way. Kenya offers a wide range of accommodation from hostels to 5-star hotels, beach side villas and tented camps. When on a safari, you can enjoy all types of accommodation depending on the type of safari booked: luxurious tented camps to standard camp grounds.
