Clare Waight Keller – the British designer and artistic director of the LVMH group maison since spring 2017- presented the new menswear collection from the brand that is an icon of French elegance with a special event scheduled for June 12th 2019.

I am certain that the atmospheres and spaces of Florence will offer Givenchy further aesthetic and symbolic motivations for concentrating on men’s fashion”.
The show opened with tonal suits, relaxed tailoring and bare chests. Pant legs were wide and blazers oversized. Texture followed in a mix of fabrics, and a solid chunk of the show was dedicated to prints. The collection featured sportswear elements and utility details, but the standout moments came from the outerwear pieces. Keller showcased wet look jackets, metallic coats and floral embroidery. Keller collaborated with Onitsuka Tiger on footwear, with a strong focus on tennis shoes and sneakers.
